Beyond the venue, we offer professional strategy facilitation to help your team
make the most of their time together — whether working through a strategic plan,
navigating a pivot, or aligning leadership.

Number of guests
The retreat sleeps between 14–28 guests depending on sharing preference (set in the next
step).
For groups over 12, RSA-certified bar staff are included automatically each evening —
we've got that covered.
The retreat sleeps 28 comfortably — we're happy to discuss options for larger groups on
the call.
Preferred dates
Give us up to three options and we'll check availability across all of them.

Helps us check if your dates fall on public or school holidays — a 25% surcharge applies on
those dates.
Accommodation & amenities
Let us know how guests will be sharing — this sets the available capacity and room allocation.
The retreat has 6 king rooms and 4 queen tepees (2 queen
beds each). Kings fill first, tepees added as needed. Max capacity depends on sharing
preference.
